Description Sales Administrator (B2B) - (Madarin speaking), Reading: Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfilment. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and documentation. Handle customer enquiries, offering excellent service and resolving issues proactively. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Process and issue credit notes using the internal system Coordinate and organise team tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely completion Desired Skills & Experience Understanding of the business-to-business environment. Assist in generating sales reports and analysing key performance data. Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities as required. Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency. Profile Sales Administrator (B2B) - (Madarin speaking), Reading: Speak and write good English and also Maderin Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role within a B2B environment. Excellent Excel skills including - VLookUps, pivot tables, SUMIF, etc Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with CRM systems. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced setting. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Experience within a product-based industry would be an advantage Strong data analysis skills, capable of formulating reasonable business strategies based on data. Ability to forecast potential future trends and changes, making informed basic decisions based on this analysis. Ability to evaluate existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, raise questions, and think critically to enhance efficiency.
