GSL Education is currently seeking a number of motivated School Admin Assistant to join our client schools in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of office and support the team.
As an School Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our systems.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Must have previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Must hold a current Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one with GSL Education.
