We also recommend lifestyle activities, holidays, personal shopping and experiences so clients can fill their time with fun instead of boring to-do lists. Location: Hybrid Working From Home / Bracknell Office 1 day a week (1hr from London)
About the role:
BlckBx is seeking a dynamic and creative Partnerships, Marketing & Business Development Lead with 3-5 years industry experience in sales, marketing or partnerships. This role could also suit a Graduate who has 2 years business/office experience and can showcase their talents and growth mindset. This is why the role is set from £30k - £50k and has equity offered which means you will be compensated for your experience and moreover, you have the option to own equity options between the value of £5-20k which is a great opportunity!

This is a new generalist position within the company that covers a wide span of areas from setting up new brand partnerships, online marketing activities, sales outreach and more. We're looking for someone who has a growth mindset and wants to grow within our business.
This a varied and exciting role that will enable you to grow your skills set whilst advancing your career further up the business potentially into a leadership role. This is a start up so it's all hands on deck, and we are looking for someone who is happy to throw themselves into any area of work and get the job done. You will be working alongside the Founder/CEO.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who has it all - the confidence on the phone to make sales calls and present the business (you need to be presentable and professional), who has the creativity to think of new ways to engage partners and write compelling emails and LinkedIn content using your great writing skills and tools like Canva, and who has the organisation skills and attention to detail to manage a database and keep track of reporting. You need to be commercially minded, creative and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands in travel, gifting, experiences and lifestyle sectors.
* Corporate Development: Working with the Founder to select key corporate employers to partner with and assist with laying the foundations for outreach using LinkedIn and Email.
* Affiliate Marketing: Manage affiliate links, co-ordinating with the technology and wider teams.
* Research & Trend Analysis: Using BlckBx data to plan trends. Keeping our offering fresh, relevant and exciting.
* Database Management: Ensuring data is accurate: contacts, imagery, text, pricing and links are up to date.
* Revenue Reporting: Reporting on revenues and managing targets alongside strategic goals.
* Launches and Growth: On and offline campaigns to grow the business.

Ideal Candidate:
* 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or related fields
* Proven track record of building and nurturing business relationships
* Self-motivated with a passion for lifestyle
* Super organised, acute attention to detail and a "neat freak" nature
