Transform the energy sector by leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver assigned scope at Hinkley Point C.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver assigned scope in line with Safety:Quality:Time:Cost targets.
* Build a diverse team with complementing backgrounds and experience.
* Work closely with the HPC Area Delivery Teams to define the work scope to be delivered by the contract or contracts.
* Ensure priorities to support the delivery of the L4 schedule are clear to other members of the MEH Programme.
* Establish relevant elements of Task Orders for instruction into the MEH Installation Contract.
* Conduct Project Review and Performance Analysis monthly for the specific area.
* Lead Contract Administration including establishment of Task Orders and resolving queries.
* Lead activities required to comply with HPC Project Governance.
Skills & Qualification:
* Delivering projects in a technically complex environment with high safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
* Managing engineering design, contract, and field execution strategies for project delivery.
* Leading multi-discipline EPCM projects, procurement, and contract management.
* Strong leadership skills including project management, financial management, and change management.
* Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors in a regulated environment.
* Understanding of EPR design and construction is advantageous.
* Chartered status in an engineering or related field is desirable.
* Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and Project Management with experience applying APM and Prince 2.

Salary dependent on experience. Basic Security clearance (BPSS) and Independent Right to Work in the UK required due to the nature of the work.
