In this role, you’ll collaborate with schools across the County to recruit exceptional teaching and support staff for both short-term and permanent roles. About the Role Working Hours – Full Time : Hours range from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Travel to Plymouth on Tuesdays Work from home on Wednesdays Reduced hours during school holidays Key Responsibilities Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to generate new business. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by visiting schools regularly. Understand each school’s unique environment, culture, and staffing needs. Advertise job vacancies on social media and engage with the education community. Headhunt suitable candidates, including those already employed. Match candidates to client vacancies using candidate databases. Manage the full recruitment process, from application reviews to interviews and shortlisting. Verify references and ensure candidates are suitable before presenting them to clients. Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salaries, and benefits before interviews. Prepare CVs and documentation for client submissions. Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed of interview outcomes. Use Salesforce to manage client interactions and bookings. Oversee sponsorship activities for client schools. What We’re Looking For Experience in education recruitment. Excellent communication and sales abilities. Ability to grow and manage a client base from the ground up. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently. A proactive, solution-oriented approach. Professional and ethical recruitment practices. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, both remotely and in-person.
