Qualifications and Experience: Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential). Experience working in an early years setting. A good understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for supporting children's development. Ability to work well within a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
