The Role: Electrical maintenance across a busy production site Mix of planned and reactive work (with a focus on getting ahead of problems) Working alongside other engineers to keep things running smoothly Involvement in project and upgrade work when it comes up The Essentials: Solid electrical background in FMCG, heavy industry, or manufacturing Apprentice trained or L3 qualification in Electrical Engineering Experience with fault-finding, repairs, and safe systems of work Comfortable working days, nights, and weekends on a rotating shift Someone who takes pride in keeping things running – not just fixing when it breaks If you’re looking for a hands-on role where your skills can really be utilised to make significant changes on site, and you’re open to a rotating shift pattern, this could be a great fit.
