We are seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to work in the young adult’s care sector- (EBD, LD, autism) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the young adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

The Role:As a Children's / Young Adults Supported Living Manager your role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
* Ensuring strict compliance
* Managing staff and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
* Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
* Following of policies and procedures
The Candidate:The ideal candidate for the Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 or working towards it
* Experience of working with vulnerable children or young adults
* Ofsted experience
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Have a strong character and be a good communicator
* Be a reflective leader
* Want to develop their own style of management
* Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service
* Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or senior or team lead in the children's sector
Monday - Friday 9-5pm plus some on call
