Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager (HYBRID)

Salary: upto £42,000 + Discretionary bonus + Car allowance

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and commercial assets, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, operational compliance, and team leadership. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility to your schedule.


About the Role:


As Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management and ongoing monitoring of all Hard and Soft services delivered across your property portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient performance, driving service excellence, and maintaining full compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.

You will manage all site-based staff across your assets, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Working closely with the Property Surveyor, you’ll ensure that every aspect of facilities management aligns with client expectations and contractual requirements.
