Sales

About the role
Reckitt is seeking bright, enthusiastic Graduates to join our Commercial team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the customer journey and contribute to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences. Our Commercial Future Leadership Scheme is made up of 2 year-long rotations that will give you a well-rounded holistic view of Sales and Marketing, ensuring that when you roll off the scheme, you have all of the tools and knowledge to be successful in either National Account Management or Brand Management. Both of your rotations will be based in our UKI office in Slough, Berkshire.
At the end of the 2 year scheme you will transition into a full time permanent role in either sales or marketing.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Collaborate on new product launches and brand initiatives, including tracking the success of these ventures.
- Support the National Accounts Team on implementing the joint business plans for your account portfolio.
- Conduct regular analysis and present monthly performance reviews, share insights, and recommended actions.
- Achieve net revenue, gross margin, 4P targets (product, placement, price & promotion) and net working capital targets for a specified account.
- Contribute creative and innovative ideas for brand growth and elevate market presence.
- Work with the in-store merchandising team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability, and promotional compliance.
- Analyse competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the execution of local marketing and promotional activities, learning from best practices and results.
The experience we're looking for
- Recent or current graduate, we are open to any degree!
- Any previous experience in marketing or sales roles, although not essential, will be highly valued.
- A blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
