Casual Contract
0 Hours per Week - Approximately 32 hours per year. Attendance at 8 meetings a year (2 hours each) and there will be approximately an additional 2 hours related to the meetings for administration. Meetings are held during evening times.
- Thurrock Adult Community College is the local authority's provider of adult education for Thurrock. Our main base is in the Old Court House in Grays, but we deliver courses across the borough.
- You will organise and attend 8 meetings per year, take minutes, arrange link governor visits to classes, liaise with Governors & managers and finalise & distribute minutes
- Meetings are face to face
- Experience of being a Clerk to a Governing Body is preferred
- You will have level 2 qualifications in English and maths, a level 2 IT qualification or a proven record of excellent IT skills, qualification in or experience of minute taking
- You will have excellent organisation and communication skills
- A basic DBS check is required.
