Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team in the Bellhouse Road branch. As a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. This branch is staffed with an experienced team including an ACPT and three Healthcare Partners, providing excellent service to the local community from their setting in a quiet residential estate. Currently dispensing around 7,500 items per month, this is a relatively steady branch. It also utilizes our Medipac robotic distribution technology, which helps free up your time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with regulations
* Oversee pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and legally
* Provide medication counselling and support to patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
* Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory
* Provide immunization services (where applicable)
* Advise on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives
What We Require
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Experience in community pharmacy, management experience preferred
* Strong commitment to patient safety and care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
* Flexible, positive problem-solving approach
