Job Description Purpose of the Role The Strategic Sr. Program Manager/ Director acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into scalable, measurable, and actionable programs that accelerate growth, operational excellence, and change management with seamless execution. As a Strategic Sr. Program Manager/ Director r, you will be working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Your expertise in program governance, stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights and program management methodologies will ensure successful program delivery. You will help the EMEA Apps business to solve complex business challenges and optimize performance Key Responsibilities. - Strategic Program Leadership - As a Subject Matter expert,design, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives that drive sales transformation, revenue growth, and operational excellence as part of the EMEA Apps GTM Plan. - Stakeholder Management - Partner with Senior business leaders and operational teams across EMEA Apps to align program objectives with business strategy. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights, structured communication, and executive-level reporting. - Stakeholder Collaboration -Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive program execution and continuous improvement. Champion innovation and best practices to enhance program impact and scalability. - Change Management - Support teams through change, ensuring seamless adoption of new initiatives, processes, & tools. Create transformational plan to inform impacted areas in order to minimize disruptions. Monitor changes & adapt strategy as necessary. - Program Execution - Define and manage project scope, objectives, workstreams, KPIs, success metrics, reporting frameworks, communication plans, and enablement strategies. - Process Improvement & Operational Optimization - Conduct discovery across varying topics to identify improvement areas & implement process enhancements to drive scale, agility, & effectiveness across the business - Agile Planning & Execution - Promote an agile approach to program management, ensuring continuous value delivery and adaptability to business needs. - Governance - Lead program governance, ensuring alignment with broader Senior stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate findings, and implement solutions. Required Expertise - Experience: 10 years in program management, business transformation, or strategic initiatives within SaaS, technology, or enterprise software industries. - Must have experience as Consultant for one of the major players: McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company and/or others - MBA as preferred - Proven experience in company integration projects and at Executive level - Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale programs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable business results. - Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Lean, and change management frameworks. - Certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategies.
