About the role Under the overall direction of the Heads PA, and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school, the receptionist will be responsible for front of house matters, such as answering the telephone and greeting visitors, as well as receiving deliveries. The receptions will also provide general administrative support to the Heads PA and assist with wider administrative matters such as inputting data into the school information management system.
