Commercial Sales Manager Our client a lead manufacturing company, who are known as an employer of choice are seeking an experienced Sales managerto manage the sales team, extend their ever-growing customer account baseand make a positive contribution to the company's future growth. Job Duties Responsible for the management of all sales activities both domestic and international sales products. Responsible for customer retention, service delivery to end customers while overseeing and supporting the onsite sales team to ensure product is kept moving and sales returns are maximised. Seeks out new business opportunities to maximise volume capacity Maintaining strong daily financial acumen such Lead commercial production plans to make sure sales targets are met without compromising quality or control of costs. Liaise with operations and technical departments daily to ensure that all aspects of the customer accounts are fully serviced. Understand market trends and use this to predict next weeks performance and opportunities, evaluate the best outcome to maximise site performance. Contribute to the overall direction of the site and its activities with direct responsibility for the profitability of the site.
