Job summary We are looking to recruit to our Gynaecology Antenatal Outpatients team at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. This is a part time contract which will require some flexibility in a working pattern to ensure the service is covered between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to cover other outpatient areas within women's and children's should we require cover due to sickness or annual leave. The successful candidate will be part of a large friendly team. Hours will be worked between Monday-Friday and hours will be discussed at interview. This role does not include home working. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a high quality reception and support service within an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate well with patients and their relatives, the general public and a wide range of multi-professional staff, internal and external to the Trust. In order to provide a support service to the technical staff, a versatile approach is essential and the ability to cope with a large number of different tasks simultaneously is a requirement of this post.
