We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family in Swansea.
As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll receive industry-leading training and support to develop your management skills. You’ll develop your skills in stock and management, recruitment, team check-ins, and holding pre-shift briefs whilst having fun and creating the magic of the Caribbean for our guests!
Responsibilities:
1. Lead by example and support our teams to develop their skills.
2. Ensure excellent guest experience through hosting and entertainment.
3. Manage stock and assist in recruitment efforts.
4. Conduct team check-ins and pre-shift briefs.
