Role Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Marketing Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to work school hours, specifically from 10am to 2pm, three days a week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing our recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent. This pivotal role will: Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns by collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand teams to attract top-tier talent Create and schedule engaging content regularly for various platforms, including social media, internal and external job boards, and the company website Manage the Carnival UK Careers social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting potential candidates Monitor and analyse the performance of recruitment marketing efforts, adjusting strategies accordingly while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a part-time, fixed term basis.
