The vacancy We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Functional Consultant to guide Bromford's adoption of Total Connect at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new team of functional consultants, shaping our industry-leading approach to Total Connect implementation and optimization. Your Role In this role, you'll be responsible for: Leading the Total Connect Functional Consultancy team, ensuring all functional consultants work collaboratively to achieve shared business goals. Partnering with the Head of ERP Solutions and Functional Consulting to establish the team's operating model and ways of working, creating a sector-leading approach to functional consulting. Translating Bromford's business strategy into effective, packaged Total Connect solutions. Owning and communicating the Total Connect roadmap, adopting the latest features and functionality to continually improve performance. Driving the integration of Total Connect with Microsoft D365 CE and F&O, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management functionalities that underpin Bromford's critical asset management and operational processes. Supporting the December 2025 go-live of Total Connect as we transition from the legacy Total Repairs system. Implementing the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, leading both continuous improvement and project-based initiatives. Acting as the "face" of Total Connect solutions, representing Bromford internally to senior leadership and externally to partners. Ensuring functional consultants support and resolve issues as part of a cross-functional support and improvement team. Managing, mentoring, and developing team members, including associates at the start of their careers. Building a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Recruiting and retaining top talent while maintaining professional standards, including mandatory certifications and personal development plans. Experience and Qualifications Mastery in Total Connect. Proven experience leading teams of consultants. Demonstrated success working at scale (e.g., supporting 3,500 colleagues, 80,000 properties, 200,000 customers). Expertise in integrating Total Connect with other platforms, including D365 CE and F&O. Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management processes. Experience in multiple full-lifecycle Total Connect implementations. Familiarity with continuous change environments. Housing experience is desirable but not essential with the right functional expertise. Essential Qualities We're looking for someone who: Is an excellent communicator and problem solver.
