Our client, an oil and gas operator, is hiring for an Administrative Services Consultant to join the team in Aberdeen on a contract basis.
Responsible for administrative tasks to senior leader requisitioning and invoice support to the UK Production division
Contractual status: 1-year contract
Role Summary
The consultant will be responsible for delivering administrative management support to a senior leader in Aberdeen, raising purchase requisitions and providing invoice support. The consultant will become part of a team of administrative personnel in Aberdeen who deliver administrative tasks. The consultant will also become part of the senior leader’s team, and help the leader with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities, tasks and activities
1. Develop and deliver professional management support, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations to senior manager
2. Organize, manage, and maintain management meetings, calendars, travel administration, information management support and more
3. Deliver shared services, mainly requisitions and invoice support
4. Establish and maintain good interaction with stakeholders
5. Share experience within local and global teams and with other relevant units and networks
