Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.
The position is due to start immediately, offering one day a week in office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector; however, this requirement can be flexible.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Guide and advise line managers with the onboarding process.
2. Ensure correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters, including references, right to work, qualifications, and DBS checks.
3. Arrange inductions for new starters.
4. Update and maintain the HR database, recruitment, and candidate tracking systems.
5. Answer queries from both email and over the phone regarding the onboarding of staff.
6. Support the compliance team by carrying out general administration duties such as photocopying and printing.
Skills, knowledge, and expertise required:
1. Knowledge of employment law.
2. Organised and able to prioritise workload.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
