Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. Bally's Casino is looking for experienced poker dealers in Newcastle who are not only skilled in their craft but also dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences. As a key member of our poker team, you'll be at the centre of our bustling casino, providing patrons with a world-class gaming atmosphere that is both exciting and memorable. So, what will you be doing?
* Dealing poker games (both tournaments and cash games) with precision, ensuring integrity and adherence to Bally's standards.
* Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for players, enhancing their overall gaming experience.
* Collaborating with team members to provide efficient, dynamic, and high-quality service.
* Communicating effectively with the card room supervisor and colleagues.
* Maintaining technical excellence in dealing, chip handling, bet calculation, and rule enforcement.
* Ensuring the security of the game, poker room cash, and assets.
* Complying with all regulations, including licensing conditions and promoting safer gambling practices.
And what are we looking for?
* Possess a passion for delivering unmatched customer service and experiences.
* Have proven experience as a poker dealer, with a thorough understanding of Texas Hold'em rules. (Having experience in Omaha and other games is desirable but not necessary).
* Have excellent interpersonal skills with communication and conflict resolution ability.
* Be comfortable with change and able to embrace new methods of working.
* Possess the ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to team efforts.

* Be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
