As a Key Account Manager you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and expanding customer relationships while driving business success. This is an exciting opportunity to work with key customers, helping to grow market share, revenue, and profitability in a leading industry.
Key Account Manager Role & Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen relationships within your portfolio in your designated territory and accounts.
* Deliver exceptional service and handle cases effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Drive growth by managing key accounts and maximising opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
* Oversee the preparation, pricing, and follow-up of system and quotes with technical assistance.
* Convert quotes into orders, ensuring efficient order processing and management.
* Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase product and service uptake.
* Consistently forecast and manage the sales pipeline to hit sales targets and drive profitability.
Key Account Manager Skills & Experience:
* A "Can-do" attitude with energy, drive, and self-motivation
* Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
* Experience in effective account management
* Proven technical sales experience, is desirable but not essential
* Willingness to support occasional business travel
