Why be a Senior Client Marketing Manager at THG Ingenuity?
The Client Marketing team are the point of contact for Ingenuity’s global partners, here they are responsible for management of the client’s expectations and ensuring that the strategies across the channels are being met. The Client Marketing team will have regular interaction with their given clients and delivering outstanding results. Supported by channel experts including Influencers, SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Paid Social, Social Media and CRM, Client Marketing plays a key role to ensure the marketing output meets client objectives.
As a Senior Client Marketing Manager, you'll:
1. Be senior point of contact for clients for marketing delivery, strategy and output.
2. Managing channel experts in PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Influencer and others, setting expectations and ensuring delivery is as expected.
3. Working with trading lead to establish the calendar, and how marketing budgets & campaigns are aligned to support & execute.
4. Prioritise channel action plans relating to your client, including setting of timelines & deadlines as appropriate.
5. Project managing marketing & creative for clients.
6. Market insight and trends for the vertical.
7. Creative management - Ensure assets are available to channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, marketing assets.
8. Manage & grow customer loyalty for clients - covering referrals, retention, advocacy & CLV optimisation strategies.
9. Identify & set key initiatives for marketing improvements for clients
10. Brief plans, targets, weekly updates, monthly updates
11. Lead on the weekly & monthly reporting that is provided to the client
12. Own the full customer cycle for the client, covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, retention.
13. Work with channel leads on relationships with media partners i.e. Google research & data insight for beauty in the US
14. Work with client product teams to understand product positioning & target audiences. Feeding back into channel teams to refine plans.
What Skills & Experience Do I Need For This Role?
15. Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
16. Experience of managing budgets, marketing calendars, sales forecasts and marketing channel traffic overviews.
17. Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
18. Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge preferable.
19. Strong communication skills; has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience in managing others.
20. Has client-facing experience or similar; working with third party/external partners
21. Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
