You will use your excellent communication and collaboration skills to meet your role targets and the business needs. Key accountabilities and KPIs include: Managing customer queries via channels such as phone, email, social media and live chat in a timely and positive manner. Consistently delivering service levels in linewith targets andensuring customer service records arekept up to date Having a flexible approach and a positive attitude to meet business needs Showing flexibility and motivation to reliably fulfil the role on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities.
