Job Description
* Accurate processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries.
* Regular review of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring all items are actioned in a timely manner.
* Preparation and processing of payment runs.
* Management of the supplier database.
* Assisting with month-end reporting.
* Supporting the wider finance team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
* A strong background in Purchase Ledger.
* Proficiency in MS Excel.
* An understanding of accounting software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
