Business Development Executive opportunity available with our client, a Gloucester-based leading manufacturer within the HVAC industry, who are offering a salary of up to £30k with a number of benefits including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and a good company pension.
Due to the consistent expansion of the company's product range and service offering, our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to work in their sales department, carrying out the following duties:
1. Cold-calling new leads to introduce the company's new and existing product range
2. Contacting previous customers to re-introduce the company's products and services
3. Speaking with M&E contractors including plumbing/heating companies and main construction contractors
4. Building a sales pipeline, generating your own leads, and handling key accounts
Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally in a telesales capacity
2. Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets, with any previous experience working towards targets desirable
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and literary
4. Based within a commutable distance of Gloucester, and happy to work full-time from the office
Salary & Benefits:
1. Salary £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
2. Monday - Friday, 07:45 - 16:45
3. 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
4. Company pension
5. On-site parking
