As Operations Coordinator, you will support a specific Legal and Compliance Vice President (GLT-2) through the delivery of transformational programs applying project, process improvement, and change management, management of analytics and metrics to support the VP to help optimize the aligned team's service delivery.
The Operations Coordinator will lead the activities of the aligned VP member to help their direct reports facilitate their team's ongoing priorities and streamline the teams' processes. The Operations Coordinator is integral to the VP member achieving their year-end objectives.

In this role you will:
* Efficiently manage calendar management and schedule complex meetings in various geographies and time zones.
* Lead the rollout of 'external to team' skills such as project management, process improvement, change management, and support to key, team-specific, meetings and events.
* Manage the workload for the VP member and assure that their deadlines are met, and objectives are well highlighted during the year.
* Strong stakeholder management on behalf of the VP.
* Act with the highest level of discretion, integrity, and accountability to support the VP.
* This role is a global L&C role. There are approximately 700 L&C staff in 42 countries, including attorneys, paralegals, compliance professionals, Investigations professionals, Operational staff, information scientists, and other specialists covering GSK L&C global reach. Their cultural differences and varying levels of experience in change must be accounted for and adapted to in the various projects offered. This role will be regularly interacting with people of all cultures.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Must be able to effectively work with senior L&C experts (SMEs), VP, all L&C staff including global OC teams, and other GSK functions.
* This role will significantly impact supporting the aligned VP objectives annually with the goal of optimizing their service delivery, driving operational performance, and increasing value to the aligned team by fostering a globally connected culture and process efficiency with the team.
* The role requires operation at a high level as it is reflective of the VP and requires constant interaction with senior leaders and will be visible throughout and outside of L&C.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Deep understanding of the ways of working of senior leaders.
* Extensive business, technical, operational skills, and understanding of project and change management as well as process improvement.
* This role requires business acumen to partner with leaders to assess the business needs and gaps, align to the overall L&C strategy, and develop and deliver effective, efficient programmes.
