£26,000 - £30,000 - plus £1,200 Bonus, Medicash cashback plan, cycle to work scheme, pension contribution match up to 7%
Exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer. This is the perfect role for an individual at the start of their career who is looking for training and progression.
You will be working for a well-established and international building materials specialist, supporting internal IT queries.
In this role you will providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage the setup of new users using systems like Active Directory and Azure. Escalating unresolved or complex issues when needed.
The ideal candidate will have either experience in a 1st line/IT support position, or will be a recent graduate in Networking, Cyber Security, Computer Science or similar. You will be familiar with VMware, Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft packages. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour, be eager to learn and willing to develop your technical skills.

Role Overview:
*IT Support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving incidence, raising incidents when needed
*Working closely with the IT Service Lead & other Senior IT Support Engineer
*Working with Microsoft Suite, supporting on prem and Azure infrastructure
*Based 5 x a week in Ripley
*Standard office hours 08.30-16.45 with 45 minute lunch break
*Training, Personal Development & Progression Plan, Bonus subject to personal and company performance
*3 stages of interview: 1st Stage Teams, 2nd stage is a take home technical test, 3rd Stage Face-to-face in their Ripley Office to meet the team
