About the Role
As a Business Analyst - Operational Technology (OT), you will play a key role in optimizing OT systems and processes to drive business efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to define OT requirements, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure seamless integration of OT systems into broader enterprise technology environments.

As a Business Analyst - Operational Technology (OT), you will:
* Engage with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather and align OT reporting and system requirements, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
* Develop and document business requirements for OT solutions, ensuring they meet operational needs and align with business objectives.
* Analyze and optimize OT processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and streamline workflows.
* Ensure compliance with OT regulatory standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 2700, embedding best practices in OT governance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to drive effective OT system integration with enterprise platforms and data pipelines.
* Develop and refine technical OT processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
* Interpret and present complex OT data and reports in a clear, business-relevant context, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) systems, processes, and system integration.
* Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, simplify, and derive insights from complex data.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a structured and logical approach to challenges in OT environments.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience developing and optimizing technical OT processes, ensuring robust, efficient, and well-documented solutions.
* A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a keen interest in emerging OT technologies, digital transformation, and industry best practices.
