The Best Connection is excited to partner with Lannutti UK LTD, the newly established UK branch of a well-respected European logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role as Transport Manager, helping to shape the direction of a growing operation based in Goole.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading driver induction and onboarding processes
* Managing and coordinating a fleet of 15 vehicles, expanding to 25
* Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
* Monitoring costs, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement
* Working to enhance efficiency and reduce incidents across the fleet
What We’re Looking For:
* National and International CPC qualification
* Experience managing a large fleet
* Proven track record of commitment and stability in a similar role
* Strong leadership with the ability to be assertive, yet compassionate
* A valid HGV licence
What You’ll Get:
