THE ROLE
As a Digital Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products are effectively placed, displayed, and optimized across the company’s digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing online product placement, ensuring visibility and ease of navigation for customers.
* Collaborating with internal analytics teams and external CRO specialists to enhance category performance and conversion rates.
* Analyzing customer behavior and sales data to inform merchandising decisions.
* Executing digital merchandising strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Working cross-functionally with marketing, UX, and eCommerce teams to create a seamless online shopping experience.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience in digital or online merchandising – preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.
* Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data to optimize product placement and conversion rates.
* Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in product listings and categorization.
* Collaboration skills – experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
