The successful candidate:
4. Proactive and charismatic with exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
5. Experienced in outbound calling, proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
6. Skilled at booking & coordinating appointments for Sales Reps
7. Tenacious in regularly contacting customers and successfully reaching decision-makers
8. Detail-orientated with a strong ability to accurately process orders from customers
9. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
10. Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
The Role:
11. Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
12. Schedule appointments for sales, implementations and training
13. Schedule reviews, run reports and prepare customer reports
14. Complete account calls
15. Create new sales opportunities through proactive activities
16. Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries
17. Process sales enquiries
18. Support marketing activities
