Video agency seeks part-time Marketing Manager Salary: £55 - 60K FTE (£22,000 - £24000 for 2 days per week) London video agency seeks part-time Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be overseeing all the marketing output of our agency, helping us continue on our growth trajectory. You’ll be the guardian of two brands - Small Films ( www.smallfilms.com ) and Maia Films ( www.maiafilms.co.uk ), joining us at an exciting time as we roll out a new value prop fresh look for both brands. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience in B2B marketing. They should have solid strategic knowledge as well as being a strong writer. This is a hybrid role - 2 days per week. One day in the office (Hackney, London) one day working from home. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing all marketing for the agency and associated budget. Working with our external suppliers on the new value prop, brand refresh and website overhaul. Managing a campaign calendar and associated marketing activity. Creative writing including content for newsletters, creds decks, brochures, e-books, videos, webinars, blogs. Hiring and managing freelancers to generate marketing content (editors, graphic designers, writers) Funnel marketing including creating lead magnets and email sequences. Managing the marketing tech including hubspot, zapier, mailchimp and other platforms. Growing social media channels and increasing traffic to the website. Devising new/innovative marketing approaches to test and learn. Managing paid advertising channels and working with external agencies / freelancers on PPC. Overseeing SEO through external freelancers or agencies. Developing and evolving our Inbound Marketing Strategy. Manage website and all other marketing collateral. Entering awards Setting up regular webinars and quarterly events to generate leads for the company including workshops, talks, training and networking. Inviting guests, managing follow up. Part of this role will involve an outbound strategy centred around client and partner events so experience setting up webinars, breakfasts, dinners, workshops including finding venues, booking speakers, managing guest lists is an advantage. We recently acquired Maia Films, a film agency with a specialism in education and over 80 universities that they’ve worked with over the last 15 years.
