NRL are currently recruiting a SHE Advisor for a role based in Colchester.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent. In addition to:
Experience, knowledge and understanding of the application of SHE management principles and best practice within an operational environment.
Proven track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders in SHE matters and requirements.
Experience of developing and improving processes, and driving SHE performance
We would ideally want you to come from a Construction, Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a DNO background.
Willingness to challenge unsatisfactory conditions or breaches.
Excellent IT skills with experience in using Teams, Excel and Databases.
You will have a professional approach, be self-organised and motivated to positively influence stakeholders.This role is based in Colchester and you will support projects across the South East of England.

As a key member of the SHE Team you will be responsible for:
Monitoring SHE performance at Regional and Depot level. Reporting to Operational Management on good performance / best practice as well as deficiencies and areas of weakness identified.
Provision of key support with regards to the development and implementation of improvement actions, initiatives, and plans.
