An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy team. We have a permanent vacancy for an Advanced Physiotherapist.

Main duties of the job
1. To provide a highly specialised service that includes the assessment, treatment, and management of children and adolescents with a range of chronic, complex, and life-limiting conditions.
2. To act as a source of expertise and demonstrate advanced knowledge and experience in the highly skilled management of children with neurological and developmental dysfunction and orthopaedic conditions within the community setting.
3. To provide specialist advice to other inter-agency professional staff and to provide clinical education and training to others including more junior therapists, support staff, and students.
4. To take a lead role in the management of more difficult and complex cases within a multi-disciplinary team approach acting as an autonomous practitioner.
5. To work in the community setting frequently as a lone Practitioner in line with the Trust's lone worker policy.

1. Degree / Diploma in Physiotherapy
2. HPC Registration
3. Relevant postgraduate courses
