Provide an accurate, confidential and supportive administrative service to patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Public Health Wales) to provide a safe and efficient service through the sharing of triage information and appropriate support. The office holder will ensure that a comprehensive, high standard specialist administrative and secretarial service is provided to Matron, specialist nursing teams and other professionals. The office holder will be responsible for steering and guiding the team to handle daily matters to oversee the smooth running of the department and provide support to the service. The office holder will also be responsible for the co-ordination of the SNGs throughout the Health Board (including. Medical Consultants/External experts from Welsh Government etc). This can also include coordinating coordination across Wales. Provides high quality, comprehensive specialist administrative and secretarial service to Clinical Services Managers, specialist nursing teams and other professionals. Coordinate and maintain arrangements to facilitate the work of the Strategic Expert Groups. Conduct the office's triage and organisational calls to the Health Economy Specialist Service e.g. Infection Prevention.
