Service Care Solutions are working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Lincolnshire, which is currently seeking to recruit a Legal Clerk to join their Children Safeguarding legal team .
This is a 3 month rolling contract and can operate on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities Of The Legal Clerk Role:
* Assist the Principal Solicitor, other fee earners and legal clerks to effectively manage a legal caseload of cases relating to the protection of children.
* Deal with the administration side of the case management system.
* Handle any other administrative tasks required by the team.
