SALARY: £23,200 (pay award pending)
CONTRACT: 37.5 hours per week

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Nottingham Forest Community Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn individual, to support the busy day-to-day operations of the Forest Sports Zone.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Support the effective daily operations of the 3G and FMAP pitches, Multi-Use Games Area, pavilion and site grounds.
2. Operate a computerised till system, ensuring all site usage is recorded accurately.
3. Ensure all facilities are always presented to the highest standards.
4. Follow a strict facility cleaning and maintenance programme, complying with all necessary legislation.
5. Deliver high levels of customer service.
6. Optimise community access and engage with users and patrons visiting the site.
7. Implement high professional standards, including appearance, attitude, enthusiasm and work ethic.
8. Work within a shift system as required, including weekends.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
1. Experience of working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
2. Experience in a customer service role.
3. Ability to resolve complaints to a mutual resolution.
4. Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Good level of competence in using IT and databases, including Microsoft Office.
7. Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety and data protection.
8. Work well as part of a team and independently, exercising initiative.
9. Friendly, approachable and professional.
10. Adaptable and flexible to a changing environment.
