Job Description
Support Worker (immediate start):
* Providing practical and emotional support to individuals and their families.
* Helping individuals to maintain their independence by supporting them with household tasks and shopping.
* Supporting individuals to access community resources and activities.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care and support provided.
* Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is provided.
* Respecting and promoting the rights and wishes of the individuals you support.
* Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Support Worker (immediate start) should have:
* A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Full UK driving licence for 2+ years.
* Access to your own 5-door car.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development.
* A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
