About the Role: As a Senior Negotiator at Oakmans, you will engage with clients regularly, negotiate offers, and provide outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone. You must have a proven track record in targeted sales and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritise customer satisfaction in all tasks
* Register customers and conduct property matches
* Generate and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, and tenants and landlords
* Maximise branch income by offering additional services such as mortgages, and conveyancing.
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
* Strive to exceed sales targets
Requirements:
* Proven industry experience
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
