Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs. Assist in delivering tailored lessons that ensure all students can access the curriculum effectively. Assist with behavior management strategies to create a calm, focused classroom environment. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to teachers and contributing to ongoing improvement. Help prepare learning resources and assist in setting up the classroom for effective learning. What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs. Previous experience in an SEN or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students.
