A leading international financial advisory firm is looking for a French speaking Executive Assistant for their London office. You will be responsible for providing proactive and reliable support to 3 Managing Directors. This is a fast-paced role which demands high levels of confidentiality.
You will be working on a hybrid basis, with one day working from home per week.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nDiary management, inbox management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination\nEvent and conference planning and liaising with clients\nInvoicing monthly expenses and working alongside finance departments\nGeneral administration and commercial support dutiesAbout you:\n\nThe ideal candidate will have around 8 years of experience supporting senior/board level professionals. You must be responsible and well-presented with previous experience working in an Executive Assistant role in a corporate environment (Financial services, consultancies, banks, law firms etc). You will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day-to-day responsibilities, while being able to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced environments.
