Drive Pfizer’s sales success through high quality customer engagement and exceptional management of selected accounts, segmented in accordance with in depth planning and increased area analysis e.g. forecasting, policy scrutiny, resources allocation and competitor analysis. Develop and execute Area business plan’s and local business plans, in conjunction with the CEC, marketing team, MDMs, regional director, XBU colleagues and other stakeholders aligning to the commercial strategy. High level internal stakeholder management skills, to boost new internal collaborative model. Identify opportunities to co-tailor and adapt core strategy into regional programs, working closely with relevant Country Brand leads, brand pod teams, promoted through and based on account and customer insights. Direct, and be accountable for the successful of deployment of Pfizer resources, financial, activity within the selected area and accounts, Combine traditional customer engagement within the context of an omni-channel approach. Requiring increasing levels of knowledge about digital selling and marketing, fully executing the ‘ecosphere’ selling and customers multiple ‘buying point’ approach. High level financial acumen, including, revenue and costs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Degree preferred. • Relevant experience will be considered. • Must have gained the ABPI Medical Representative’s Exam (or equivalent) within first two years of employment as a representative. • Fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice • Where access to customer groups have certain entry requirements e.g. credentialing, you would be required to comply with these as necessary to fulfil your role.
