The Springtown location plays an integral role in the manufacturing process of the group, and the local finance team plays a key role in the Global Accounting organization, supporting a number of group companies in EMEA and beyond. About the role - you will:
We have an exciting opportunity for an 11-month internship/placement in the Finance organization, commencing in September 2025.
You will:
1. Join the global Technical Accounting/External Reporting organization.
2. Gain significant experience working in a busy Finance team.
3. Learn and take responsibility for financial reporting and technical accounting tasks, supporting other team members.
4. Have the opportunity to learn from different teams within the global Finance organization.
5. Work on projects that contribute to the ongoing success of the team, for example designing and implementing process improvements.
6. Gather data for external and internal reporting.
7. Ad hoc projects as required.
8. Any other duties in line with departmental responsibilities.
About you:
1. An excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
2. Work well as part of a busy team, and can build relationships at various levels of the organization.
3. Comfortable in learning new things and quickly building an understanding to be able to work independently.
4. Detail orientated, organized and accurate.
5. Consistently demonstrate integrity throughout your work.
Your experience includes:
1. Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
2. Previous experience working as part of a team as well as working independently.
You might also have:
1. Previous experience (academic or otherwise) in finance or accounting is desirable but not essential.

This is a Full-Time position working 39 hours per week, on-site working. The placement dates are: Starting on Monday, 1st September 2025 and finishing Friday, 21st August 2026
This role does not meet the criteria set by the Home Office for sponsorship on a Skilled Worker Visa as such sponsorship of this visa cannot be offered.
