Learning Support Assistant The post holders will join our busy and versatile Inclusion team, who are responsible for supporting students with additional requirements, maximising educational opportunities for learners, and supporting them to reach their full potential and career aspirations. Our Learning Support Assistants (LSA) work across the college, supporting all sites and subject areas, from Business Admin lessons, to Motor Vehicle workshop sessions. Alongside supporting students with their subject specific course, LSAs provide in class literacy, numeracy and ICT support and help embed it within the curriculum under the supervision of teaching staff. The role is part-time, working across Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (this could be changed depending on student timetables).
