Senior Growth Manager – Verticals We are looking for a dynamic individual contributor to grow new and emerging verticals (lines of business) at Skyscanner. Skyscanner is a leading travel app c onnecting millions of travellers in 180 countries and 37 languages to more than 1,200 trusted travel partners. This role will be at the forefront of Skyscanner’s evolution by driving growth of emerging and new verticals including hotels, car hire, packages, and more As the Senior Growth Manager for Verticals, you will thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will navigate ambiguous problem spaces to find opportunities. You will be comfortable defining strategies as well as implementing them with support from collaborators across the business. You will manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Commercial, Business Analytics, Research and more. Key Responsibilities Identify long-term and short-term growth opportunities Develop clear hypotheses on where new opportunities may lie Scope analyses to test hypotheses, using internal and external data Conduct analysis with support of Data and Analytics team Make clear recommendations for the business Lead high impact growth initiatives and drive results Develop business cases for investment for a given initiative Develop a clear project plan, with milestones and accountability Mobilise collaborators to deliver according to plan Effectively navigate roadblocks and challenges Provide visibility on performance & trends Support development of dashboards and tools that will give a clear picture of vertical performance across the business Contribute to ceremonies and reports that monitor business performance on a regular cadence Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively Create clear and impactful materials and presentations to communicate ideas Display strong verbal communication in engagements with stakeholders Display the ability to collaborate with different teams to drive a common outcome Delivering multiple priorities to deliver best outcome Time management and prioritisation Skills & Experience required. Experience in management consulting or equivalent in-house experience The capacity to think critically, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions that align with the organization's objectives. Experience working & leading across cross-functional teams, setting clear objectives, and helping craft strategic direction to bring out the very best in their colleagues. A passion for travel.
