We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire, with close collaboration with our 3 rd Party Warehouse provider. We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Administrator with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail to help maintain efficient warehouse operations and ensure stock accuracy. The Warehouse Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of queries and operations arising from our 3 rd party Warehouse provider, supporting the Warehouse Contract manager. This position is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day Warehouse-related queries from the 3rd party Warehouse provider and act as the escalation point for internal teams. · This role ensures seamless coordination of warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfilment of orders · Manage and maintain the Warehouse Inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to promptly and effectively. · Regularly communicate operational updates, order priorities, and inventory changes to the 3PL provider. · Monitor performance metrics and escalate recurring issues to the Warehouse Contract Manager. · Provide administrative support, including data entry, invoice filing, and maintaining logs of returns and discrepancies. · Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas where Warehouse processes can be enhanced to improve service levels and efficiency. · Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records across the warehouse, ensuring consistency between physical stock and system data. · Manage stock audits and resolve discrepancies between physical and system records. · Create and manage stock reports, ensuring they are up to date and available for internal teams as required. · Work closely with the 3PL provider to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock levels. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time, meeting customer requirements. · Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions and stock movements, ensuring compliance with company procedures. · Assist with the implementation of new inventory management systems or procedures as necessary. ABOUT YOU · Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, ideally in a retail environment. · Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately · Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. · Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word). · Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is an advantage. · Ability to resolve stock discrepancies and perform audits, demonstrating a high level of integrity and attention to detail. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. · Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage changing priorities. · A passion for OKA and the interiors industry with a commitment to maintaining high standards in stock control and warehouse management.
