Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE The post holder has a specific remit to support the Primary Care Networks in Mid and Greater Notts to support developments and projects within Respiratory. The primary aim of this post will be to support the INT Asthma Outreach project alongside the ICB. These patients will have an existing diagnosis of Asthma and not have had a Asthma review in the past 12 months. This short term project will support secondary school age children within specific schools as defined by the ICB in Ashfield North and Ashfield South PCN. Main duties of the job KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Complete a comprehensive evidence based Asthma review on secondary school age children. Work with the practice team and INT co-ordinator to plan and complete clinics Utilise and demonstrate sensitive communication styles, to ensure patients are fully informed and consent to treatment.
