Teaching Assistant Role:
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that capture students' imaginations.
Supporting individual and small groups of children in their learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Creating a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and curiosity.

We are seeking teaching assistants who are not only qualified but also bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for education. The ideal teaching assistant will:
Have experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in Year 3, or be eager to learn and grow in this role.
Possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with our dedicated teaching team.
Hold relevant qualifications or a strong understanding of the primary education curriculum.
